Imagen Foundation, a non-profit organization, was founded
in 1985 to encourage and recognize the positive portrayal of Latinos
in all media, and to increase Latino representation at all levels of
the entertainment industry, and to encourage the positive portrayal
of Latinos in all forms of the Entertainment Media by rewarding
excellence to those deserving Producers, Writers, Directors, Studios
and Companies whose productions elevate the image and status of all
Latinos. The Foundation also works to enhance opportunities for all
Latinos in front of and behind the camera, and serves as a liaison
between the industry and the community by providing access,

On May 29th , the Imagen Awards Show will be held at the Beverly
Hilton Hotel, in Beverly Hills, California.
